“It is by luck we got in touch with Mike and Archbuild. We were looking for a "Custom Architect". Believe me... there are not many who does this. So many so called custom architects does not put pen to aper if you don't pay 20% of their fee. Do not understand how can a customer pay without knowing if the architect really understands and can deliver what they envision their new project to be.
